SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
- Online: Online applications are powered by Infosnap and you will need to create a username and password. When the application is complete, hit the submit button. You will receive a confirmation email from Infosnap and a phone call from a GDS admission staff member to confirm receipt.
- In Person: You are welcome to come by the office to complete your admission application in person.
After the application has been submitted, the following steps may happen in any order:
Teacher Information Form: Please ask the homeroom teacher of your child's current grade to complete a Teacher Information Form for the grade in which he or she is applying. We encourage teachers to mail these forms directly to GDS after the first marking period. Please note, there is one form for students applying to 1st grade and a separate form for students applying to grades 2-4.

School Visit: Each applicant is required to visit our school for a full day. This visit will allow the applicant to experience a typical day of school here at GDS. Students will visit their current grade. Once the application has been submitted, we will contact you to schedule the visit.
Please note: If your child suffers from an allergy, please complete this form prior to the student visit. Please also plan to meet with the School Nurse at drop-off.
