Special Occasion Attire

Students in Grades 5–12 have the opportunity to participate in athletics. Families who would like their child to participate should complete the athletics interest form below. The Athletic Department will review the forms and communicate specific team details in regards to off-season training, tryouts, team apparel store purchases, in-season schedule, parent meetings, and required sports participation documentation.
