GDS chose SAGE as our new third-party dining vendor due to the corporate office’s ability to demonstrate a high level of responsiveness, energy, and creativity about dining as well as their ability to articulate a high-quality dining plan during and after the construction of the SLEI building. The SAGE kitchen designers are already collaborating with Samet Corporation and Little Architects on the design of the future kitchen and dining commons. We are especially excited about the variety of menu items that employees and students will enjoy and appreciate for years to come.

We conveyed one essential requirement to SAGE Dining during the contract negotiation: individuals with whom we have significant relationships at FLIK should have the chance, should they wish, to seek employment with SAGE at GDS. We are pleased to report that SAGE has honored this request and is genuinely enthusiastic about extending this opportunity to our FLIK colleagues.

SAGE Dining Services has an extensive reach within independent schools across North America. GDS is committed to high-quality cold and warm lunch options. SAGE will deliver creative, healthy, and delicious lunches for our students and faculty next school year. We will communicate additional information about our temporary dining plan closer to the start of school.
