During the construction of the Center for Student Life, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, administrative offices will relocate to other areas on campus.
After June 17, 2024,
- reception and visitor check-in will be in the Helen Monroe Preschool.

School Hours
During the school year, the main office is open between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays.
Beginning Tuesday, May 28, summer hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Visitor Policy
All visitors who come to campus on school days between 7:45 a.m. and 4 p.m. must check in with their driver’s license at the reception desk in the Kirby Administration Building. Visitors will complete a short screening process that includes a check against national sex offender databases. Once that check is complete, visitors will receive a badge with their photo and the current date, which must be worn while they are on campus. Please note that this procedure will not be used to screen visitors for highâvolume public functions such as Grandparents Day, honors ceremonies, and all-school programs.
