Global Studies

See the World with Greensboro Day School’s Global Studies Program

To thrive in today’s interconnected world, students must be able to engage with people and perspectives that differ from their own. At Greensboro Day School, we believe cultivating these skills is essential to preparing our graduates for lives of meaning and purpose.

Global travel is one of the many ways our students deepen their cultural understanding. Through experiences abroad, they take part in hands-on learning that brings history, language, and culture to life. Our programs offer opportunities across a wide range of destinations and include options for students to earn transcript credit through immersive study in language and culture. Each journey helps students expand their worldview, strengthen connections, and return with insight and experience that enriches our entire school community.
