GDS is MAD About the Arts!

Whether your student loves being center stage in the school musical, spends their time at the pottery wheel or behind an easel, or hones their skills on strings or brass instruments, being a part of the MAD Society enhances and enriches your child’s artistic endeavors at GDS.

  • Who We Are

The MAD Society (Music, Art, Drama) is a parent-led group that provides support for all of the visual and performing arts at GDS. It is comprised of current parents, alumni, and families of former arts students. Parents can join the MAD Society at any time, but joining when your student is in Lower School and just beginning their arts journey is the best way to get the most benefit from your MAD membership. As your child grows and progresses through the middle and upper school arts programs, benefits of membership increase.

The MAD Society offers four different levels of membership, each offering different benefits to suit your family.
