We always love to see our alumni come back to GDS for fine arts or athletic events—or even just to say hello! Below you will find some other ways that you can get involved. If you’d like more information or have questions, please email alumni@greensboroday.org.

Serve on the Alumni Board
Serve as a Class Agent
The Class Agent serves as the primary liaison between their class and the school. The Class Agent helps maintain updated and accurate contact information for their class and also helps plan class reunions. Class Agents serve a two-year term and may serve as many consecutive terms as they would like.
Serve as a Reunion Chair
Class reunions are held during Reunion Weekend on every fifth anniversary of the class’ graduation year. Reunion Chairs help to plan those reunions by finding a suitable venue, updating class contact information, and spreading the word about the reunion. Reunion Chairs serve during the year of their reunion and may serve in subsequent reunion years if they like.
Serve as a Regional Chapter Leader
Greensboro Day School alumni are spread around the world. In an effort to help our alumni feel connected to GDS, we have established regional chapters in cities around the U.S. Each of these chapters needs a leader who is willing to serve as liaison between the regional chapter and GDS, organize 1–2 events in the area, and assist with fundraising initiatives. Regional Chapter Leaders serve a three-year term and may serve up to three consecutive terms.
