USATF Certified 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run

The 18th annual Bengal Dash is back at Greensboro Day School! We are excited for the return of this 5K Run/Walk.

We will also offer the Kids’ 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run. The Fun Run is geared toward ages 5–12, but older and younger are welcome. Parents: join your little ones! Heats will be grouped by age, but families are encouraged to run together. (No strollers allowed on the Fun Run course.)

Proceeds from the Bengal Dash benefit the GDS Philanthropy Council’s work in our local community.

Packet Pickup (Thursday, April 24)

• 2–4 p.m. at Groat Field House, Greensboro Day School
• 4:30–6 p.m. at Fleet Feet
• Packets for preschool and lower school families will be delivered to homeroom teachers to send home

Race Day (Saturday, April 26)

• 7:30–8:30 a.m. Late Packet Pickup and Registration
• 9 a.m. 5K Bengal Dash Run/Walk (chipped timed)
• 9:45 a.m. 5K Awards Ceremony (must be present to receive award)
• 10:30 a.m. Kids' 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run Heats Begin (no strollers)
