USATF Certified 5K Run/Walk and Kids’ 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run

Get ready for the 19th annual Bengal Dash 5K Run/Walk and the Kids’ 1-Mile Obstacle Course Fun Run.

'The Fun Run is geared toward ages 5–12, but older and younger are welcome. Parents: join your little ones! Heats will be grouped by age, but families are encouraged to run together. (No strollers allowed on the Fun Run course.)
