Bengal Paws for Service

BackPack Beginnings’ mission is to feed, comfort, and clothe children in need. Childhood hunger and trauma expose children to risk of developmental, emotional, and educational delays that can last a lifetime. We provide tangible basic needs directly to children and families in need, including food, fresh produce, formula, baby food, comfort items, hygiene products, school supplies, diapers, clothing, shoes, books, baby accessories, and baby equipment.

The Heroes Center offers veterans transitional and emergency housing, food, access to VA benefits education, and job placement. The camp is ideally located minutes from downtown High Point and shopping, outdoor sports, High Point University, and Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC).

As one of the largest animal rescues in North Carolina, Red Dog Farm is dedicated to the rehabilitation, fostering and adoption of animals of all sizes.

HORSEPOWER Therapeutic Learning Center is a non-profit organization serving the North Carolina Piedmont Triad community since 1995 and is a Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship Premier Accredited Center that provides therapeutic horseback riding and equine-assisted activities.
