Upper School

The Upper School is a fun and diverse community made up of students from different faiths, cultures, races, and backgrounds. Our academic program is both rigorous and challenging, but there are also plenty of opportunities for students to just have fun together.

Building Community Retreats at the beginning of each school year are designed to build community and help students get to know each other, while schoolwide traditions such as Bengal Games bring everyone together for fun, games, and community building.

A wide range of student clubs and activities allow students to pursue their passions and make friends with others who share their interests. There are typically 20–30 clubs active from year to year, ranging from esports to Science Olympiad to Service without Borders.

Flexibility is the hallmark of our program. We meet students where they are and give them the options to chart their own course, whether through one-on-one academic advising, independent studies, on-campus internships, or an incredible set of electives offered through our own curriculum and through Global Online Academy.
