Earn credits over the summer with Summer Term at Greensboro Day School!
Summer Term at GDS offers students rising into grades 9–12 the opportunity to challenge themselves, dedicate focused time to a particular subject area, and receive academic credits for summer coursework. These courses are open to GDS students as well as students from the broader Triad community.

For-Credit Summer Courses
- 1.0 credit course - $1,600
- 0.5 credit course - $800
- Exploring Appalachia 0.5 credit course - $1,550
Non-Credit Academic Camps
- AP Chemistry Jumpstart Camp - $250
- College Counseling Boot Camp - $350 for GDS students, $500 for non-GDS students
- SAT Preparation Camp - No Charge
- Math Review and Move Up Camp - $250
Global Online Academy Courses
- GOA 0.5 credit courses: $800 for current GDS students, $1,200 for others
- GOA 1.0 credit courses: $1,100 for current GDS students, $1,400 for others
