Greensboro Day School offers after-school care for Lower and Middle School students after the school day ends until 6 p.m. and during other school closings. Opportunities for after-school enrichment classes are also available for students, including Suzuki lessons, art, drama, chess, soccer, and more.

  • Bengal Cub Club (Lower School After-School Care)

    We are thrilled to provide after-school care for families in a supportive environment, including time for play and homework. We continue to carefully consider student ratios, our students/staff’s safety, and data collected from previous registrations.

    Early registration is encouraged to secure your child’s spot as spaces are limited. The rates and options are below for Bengal Tots–Fourth Grade. Please note that siblings are half price, payments are distributed into four payments (January, February, March, April/May combined), and that late pick-up fees still apply. 

    Bitty Bengals–Fourth Grade
    • Monday–Friday, 3:15–4:30 p.m.: $1,000 per semester billed over four months at $250 monthly
    • Monday–Friday, 3:15–6 p.m.: $2,000 per semester billed over four months at $500 monthly
    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 3:15–4:30 p.m.: $600 per semester billed over four months at $150 monthly
    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 3:15–6 p.m.: $1,200 per semester billed over four months at $300 monthly
    • Two-day option, 3:15–4:30 p.m.: $400 per semester billed over four months at $100 monthly
    • Two-day option, 3:15–6 p.m.: $800 per semester billed over four months at $200 monthly
    • Drop In: $45 (If spaces are available for student’s grade level) 
    Bengal Tots
    • Monday–Friday, 3:15–4:30 p.m.: $1,300 per semester billed over 4 months at $325 monthly
    • Monday–Friday, 3:15–6 p.m.: $2,300 per semester billed over 4 months at $575 monthly
    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 3:15–4:30 p.m.: $900 per semester billed over 4 months at $225 monthly
    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 3:15–6 p.m.: $1,500 per semester billed over 4 months at $375 monthly
    • Two-day option, 3:15–4:30 p.m.: $700 per semester billed over four months at $175 monthly
    • Two-day option, 3:15–6 p.m.: $1,100 per semester billed over four months at $275 monthly
    • Drop In: $45 (If spaces are available for student’s grade level) 
    BCC When School is not in Session
    BCC offers care for students on the following “long” days when school is not in session for $50 per day or $25 per day for siblings. 
  • After-School Enrichment Programs (Bengal Tots–Grade 8)

    Registration for after-school enrichment programs will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will be available in August 2022. 
     
     
  • Middle School After-School Program (Grades 5–8)

    We are thrilled to provide after-school care for families in a supportive environment, including time for homework, developmentally appropriate activities, and free play. We continue to carefully consider student ratios, our students/staff’s safety, and data collected from previous registrations. Please consider the following options. Fall Registration is coming soon. The rates and options are below for 5 – 8 Grades. Please note that siblings are half price, payments are distributed into 4 payments (January, February, March, April & May combined), and that late pick-up fees still apply:
     
    Monday - Friday, 3:15 - 6 p.m. - 2 month session billed at $243.75 monthly
    Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 3:15-6 p.m. - 2 month session billed at $146.25 monthly
    Tuesday/ Thursday 3:15-6 p.m. - 2 month session billed at $97.50 monthly
    Drop In - $45 (If spaces are available for student’s grade level) 
     
    Middle School offers care for students on the following “long” days when school is not in session for $50 per day or $25.00 per day for siblings.
