For this Corporate Friends Spotlight, we are highlighting Jessica Davison Haverland ’92. Jessica has been an award-winning REALTOR© since 2004 and joined Tyler Redhead & McAlister Real Estate in 2017. She and veteran Greensboro agent Katie Redhead founded the Redhead Haverland Team within the namesake brokerage in 2023.
Raised in Greensboro, Jessica is proud to share and follow in the footsteps of her father, Ralph Davison, whose decades-long career as Head of School of Greensboro Day School was built around high ethical standards, integrity, and avid community involvement.
Jessica has served on several local, nonprofit boards, including The Junior League of Greensboro Executive Board of Directors, and Greensboro Day School’s Alumni Board. She has also been a hospice volunteer for years. Jessica credits her dedication to excellence in no small part to her time at GDS.
Jessica and her husband Chris are the parents of Jake Haverland ’24
What’s your favorite family vacation?
Visiting Italy’s Amalfi Coast. We’re looking forward to an upcoming trip to Spain to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation.
What motivates you to work hard?
I feel one’s work ethic and trustworthiness are an extension of self and offer a consideration to others that is often lacking.
Who’s your favorite teacher?
Mrs. Stan was my advisor and math teacher when I was a student at GDS. She was so welcoming and generous with her time & talents.
