Greensboro Day School is proud to have six teachers recognized by the University of North Carolina - Greenboro's School of Education for the inaugural Inspirational Educators initiative. These teachers were nominated for making a significant impact in the lives of students.

and Nancy Teague

This group of teachers has an average of 37 years of teaching experience. Nominations include words such as "magical, enthusiasm, love of learning, dedicated, passionate, and creative." Judy Arnette
served as the Upper School Latin teacher from 1973 - 2013, Maude Caudle
worked as the Lower School Technology Specialist with nearly 35 years experience, Kathy Davis
retired after 43 years as an Upper School Math teacher, Trish Morris
currently teaches Upper School Math and has been in that role for more than 35 years, Lee Roane
was a 1st grade teacher with 37 years of experience, and Nancy Teague
was a Lower School Math Specialist for 31 years.
