Bengals Make Waves at NCISAA Swimming Championships

The Bengal swim team delivered a standout performance at the NCISAA State Championships, highlighted by a second consecutive state title for Riley Ramseur ’28 and other podium finishes across multiple events.

Riley successfully defended her championship in the 200 freestyle, earning her second consecutive state title. Riley also set new school records in the 200 free (1:53.50) and 100 fly (57.46). She also took a turn on the podium with a runner-up finish in the 100 fly.

Other podium finishes for the Aquacats included Emily Vary ’29,who captured second place in the 100 free, and CheChe Zhang ’28, who turned in a pair of bronze-medal swims, finishing third in both the 100 free and the 100 back.

Head coach Chrissy Olson ’85 was recognized as PTAC Coach of the Year, an honor that reflects the program’s depth, preparation, and commitment throughout the season.
