Boys Tennis Ends 2023 Season as State Runners-Up
The varsity boys tennis team finished the 2023 season on May 20 with an appearance in the NCISAA state finals. Although the team lost to Cape Fear Academy, their runner-up trophy capped a great season for the team, finishing with a record of 8-5 (6-1 in conference play) and the co-conference title.
Senior Matthew Dewey was named the PTAC Conference Player of the Year, with Rishal Sood ’23, Kenji Kobi-Jackson ’25, Jed Glazer ’25, and Nick Moule ’25 all being named to the All-Conference team.
