Students Compete in Scripps Spelling Bee
Students in grades 4–8 recently participated in the Scripps Spelling Bee school competition. Congratulations to Henry Moody ’28, who won the school competition and will represent GDS in the regional competition this spring. Congratulations also to runner up Camille Muse ’31, second runner up Auden Rich-Minardo ’28, and final four finisher Dev Mehta ’30. Thanks to middle school teachers Lauren Cook and Tammie Webster and Middle School Director Kristen Tuma for organizing this year’s competition.
