Students Pitch Business Ideas in Entrepreneurship Showcase

Students in the Entrepreneurial Problem Solving (EPS) classes recently presented their business ideas to a panel of faculty judges and invited guests as part of their culminating pitch event.

Their concepts spanned industries such as fashion, transportation, entertainment, healthcare, international cuisine, and more, each reflecting a unique approach to identifying and addressing local needs.

This year, EPS students partnered with classmates in the Geospatial Data Analytics course to strengthen their proposals with demographic maps, traffic studies, and other data-driven insights. The collaboration added depth to each team’s business plan and highlighted the power of interdisciplinary problem-solving at GDS.
